Welcome to Internal Workings

It takes a lot of work to run a business and when you are in the thick of it, it is easy to get caught up in all the small stuff and hard to see if it is working well and where you are going with it all.

I spent 12 years building and then ultimately selling my business; a clothing brand. It was a great journey that taught me after a number of years of working 24/7 how to develop people and processes so that the business could run without me.  I could then work on the fun stuff. And even though I never planned to sell, when we decided to do so, the process was relatively easy since the business did not depend on me.

I now use my experience to support a select number of business owners achieve a level of independence from their businesses. By developing the team and processes around them they can move out of the day to day running of the business and work on moving it forward.

Focusing on people, processes and planning, Internal Workings adds value from the inside out.
